Yes they can. That being said, it is not a very common thing at all. You will not see it in high-content animals(unless it’s a genetic oddity like leucism) and not very often in mids but it is possible. Of course, the lower the content the more it can happen. I only know of a handful of mid-content animals that have blue or bi-colored eyes and I’ll show some of them below.

Wolves do sometimes have grey colored eyes that many people mistake for being blue and I think this is where a lot of the “blue eyed wolf” confusion stems from.
